Lacks Flexibility

At first glance, this plugin can seem like the answer to your questions when searching for a plugin that can maintain reservations. Unfortunately, it lacks so much flexibility and it’s disappointing that this is really only one of the only options when it comes to reservations plugins.

The plugin assumes so many things about your venue/resturaunt that you can’t even come close to tweaking it to your needs:

• Documentation is poor
• Only 4 different time intervals (every 5,10,15,30 min spreads). No option for a custom interval.
• Awkward booking schedule setup. If you are open passed midnight, it gets tricky and repetitive to setup times. Would be nice to have instruction videos.
• “Exceptions” don’t even work. We’re not open on Tuesdays and we tried to make an exception for a single Tuesday and no times pop up.
• You cannot limit the amount of reservations per time slot. For example if you only want 5 reservations to be booked at a certain time or maybe only 50 people can book a single time, too bad. There is no support for it. You have to go in and manually create fake reservations that include like 100 people for it to block a time. So annoying
• Mailchimp addon didn’t work at all.
• Custom field addon is so bare and restricted it’s a huge waste of money.
• Want to redirect to a new page (i.e. Thank You Page) when the form is submitted? No support for that out of the box here.

The list goes on and on. Such a disappointment.
