I fixed the “recover password” link, by fixing the permalink, but the “resend activation code” and the “join now!” buttons, are returning 404 errors,

could you please take a look at the page and see what the issue is, perhaps I need to make new pages, these buttons are forwarding to some unknown page.

    Thank You

    Hi,

Just edit the pages which have PeepSo shortcodes, dont’ change anything. Save them.

That should help. If it doesn’t, please open a support ticket on https://peepso.com and provide us with administrator access to your site so we can check it out.

    Kindest regards,

I don’t understand what I should edit, I am getting 404 errors when I click the above links, since there are no such pages.

Would someone be able to assist me in fixing this issue?

Is there someone to respond to my question?
I also opened a support ticket on your site, and I did not receive a response.

    Hi,

Do you have a ticket number? When you opened a ticket you should see it under ‘my account’ on https://peepso.com/my-account/ as well as you should’ve received an email confirmation that the ticket has been opened.

Please check ‘my account’ on PeepSo.com and see if the ticket is registered there. All of the support tickets have been answered and there’s no unassigned ticket or a ticket relating to your problem.

    Kindest regards,

    Hi,

I’m sorry but no. We need to access your site, and you should never pass access details in open forums like this one. Hence, we’d need you to open a ticket via https://peepso.com

    Kindest regards,

The only way to open a support ticket on peeso.com is with a peepso.com username and password, which is only possible for a premium member to get.

Does that mean that you don’t provide support for new customers that did not yet purchase upgrades?

I’m going to paste what I tried to send through your website, but didn’t go thorough because of lack of username.

    1. Go to https://mtvhighschool.com/mtv-community/#.VtCJopwrLIV
    2. Click on the green “Join Now” button
    3. or click on the “resend activation code” button
    4. The page links to https://mtvhighschool.com/2523-autosave-v1/?resend

    Result:
You get a 404 error page
    Expected result:
Whatever those buttons are supposed to do.

    Browser:
    Chrome/Edge
    Browser version:
    Latest

    Thank you

    Hi,

I am still waiting for a response,

    Thank You

    Hi,

It seems that the problem that you have is most likely connected with some 3rd party plugin (or your site was improperly migrated / server misconfig) that automatically saves posts and pages. The url is not supposed to have:

    https://mtvhighschool.com/2523-autosave-v1/?resend

You can see similar issues here:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-fix-autosave-url-that-redirected-original-url-to-the-autosave-url?replies=2
    and here:

Since you haven’t provided any access details to your site I can’t check anything else. But please try to go to the pages that containg peepso shortcodes and save them again, manually.

If that doesn’t help, please try disabling all of the plugins. All of them, PeepSo included, enable PeepSo only and see if that helps. Then switch on other plugins one by one and see when it fails.

If after all of that you still won’t be able to make it work I’ll need admin access to your site to be able to check what’s going on.

We can’t do anything else without getting access to your site and being able to inspect the problem.

    Thanks,

    One more thing,

    Don’t the “Join Now” button
and “resend activation code” button have a corresponding page, that’s supposed to have a short-code? because I did not find those 2 pages, if yes could you please provide me the short-code for the above 2 pages, I did not find those on your list on your website.

    Thanks
