Landing page options

    I installed WordPress with no problems and uploaded a zip file with the theme I wanted to use in my blog, no problem there either. But when I try to access Landing Page Options I keep getting this message:

    “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    As I am not specially savvy on computers, help will be appreciated on this matter!
