Landingspage

  • Hi there,

    I created a webpage, but I want to have it functioned as a landingspage, so it should not be linked into the menu. Do you know how to create this?

    Hi Roman,

    Thanks for your reply. Yes my issue is that I made a new page in WordPress. However, I want it to be online as a landingspage, but not linkedin to a menu. So people should not find that page through my website, so only to be a landingspage.

    I see a lot of plugins for landingspages, but I am wondering if it is not possible to create it without a plugin? Just by adding a new page, not linked to the menu?

    Hopefully this is more clear to understand.

    1. You can edit your primary menu in Appearance → Menus section to remove that page link. You might want to check this WordPress Codex page:

    2. You can disable automatic adding of new pages by unchecking Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu checkbox on menu editing screen.
