Landscape to portrait mode issue on all devices

I have tested this page on landscape and portrait and they both work great. Except when I switch try to switch in between them in the same session. If I look at the website on my phone for example than hold my phone in landscape mode, after the browser makes the switch to landscape, it does not adjust the page the same as it would have if i have loaded the page in landscape respectively the page looks and loads just fine. This also works vice versa, from landscape to portrait. Is there something I am missing, a setting that is not set properly?
