    If available the plugin has the same language like your blog.
    Look at your wp-config.php for somethink like

    define('WPLANG', 'de_DE');
$wp_local_package = 'de_DE';

    The language files must have the same name. In this case cpd-de_DE.mo.
    Maybe you have to rename the file.
