Language Apply Button for Bonus and Text

    Hi,
    I′m using the “simple paypal-shopping-cart plugin in german language, but not everything is beeing showed in german.
    The Apply button for the bonus code is in english, how to fix it?
    The text arround is in english too like:
    Discount applied successfully! Total Discount: €0.00
    Enter Coupon Code

    I looked to the language files, but didn′t find anything similar to this for doing a change.
    Can you help me out?
