Language change with different slugs

Hey there.
I’m on a page with 2 different languages (German and English).
Every page has for each language a different slug. For Example Contact:
English Version: https://sudbrock-neu.smetrix.de/en/contact/
German Version: https://sudbrock-neu.smetrix.de/kontakt/

So if i want to switch the language from english to german he just try to create this url: ‘ https://sudbrock-neu.smetrix.de/contact/ ‘
qtranslate just cut the /en out of the url but dont change the slug in the url.

Any suggestons?
