Language Displayed to Other Plugins?

    Hi,

    I am having a issue with defining what languages the site is in to other plugins. They appear see the site in the admin language (english) rather than the language for the public pages. It appears to overwrite changes made in the General/Settings file.

    Is there a way to override this? The specific issue I am having is in using MultiSite Language Switcher, which displays a link to blogs in different languages. However, currently all my sites look like they are in the same language as the admin is in the same language.
