Language filtering of marker search results

Hi Daniel,
I have locations in one and locations in two language versions, e.g. “Künker – in Wien” (DE) and “Künker – in Vienna” (EN). Now all versions are displayed in the search results on the DE page and on the EN page either. Please see e.g.: https://numismatic-directory.com/wien/ and https://numismatic-directory.com/en/vienna/

Is it possible to display only one language version of a location in the marker search list instead both of them?
