Language for news items

Great plugin! I blog in English and Dutch at https://www.benlinders.com, have tried several plugins to set the language but none worked. This one does, for posts and pages, great!

I use News Manager https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/news-manager/ to publish short news items. Would it be possible to extend Per post language to also set language on news?

Same question for events, where I use The Event Manager. Would be great if can also set language for the conferences and workshops.
