language issue

Hi,

I want to use my site in 2 different languages. I already have a Dutch version running and want to add an English version. I have the PolyLang plugin installed.
Pages, widgets etc are translated, but how do I change Site identity, contact details, text in ribbons, buttons, Hero banner etc. in another language and preserve the Dutch version? To me, it seems like it does not support this. Is this maybe unlocked in the paid Pro version? I am more than happy to pay if it works, but want to make sure it does before I spend my money on it.
