Language issue

    Hello,
    i finde the Tool Event Manager very cool. But my Problem is, that wehn i change the Language in German/Austria that the Plugin change the Language.

    Also the Time Display in a English Format. But not in the Germany Time UTC+1

    Do you have a Idea how can fix this Problem?
