language problem [function.copy]: failed to open stream: Permission denied

    I had this warning just now
    Warning: copy( /wp-content/languages/plugins/the-events-calendar-de_DE.mo) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 231

    Warning: copy( languages/plugins/the-events-calendar-de_DE.mo) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 231

    All file- and directory settings were right, however
    The language files the-events-calendar-de_DE.mo did not yet exist.
    So I MANUALLY COPIED the files from the subdirectory of the-events-calendar-plugin to the destination and then again updated the language files again and yes,
    this time it worked.
