    Good morning, I have a Complianz Agency package license and for my problem I have repeatedly asked for help without success on complianz.io/support/
    I installed the Complianz Privacy Suite (GDPR/CCPA) premium vs. 7.3.0 plugin on a new WordPress 6.7.1 site. The site is in Italian but the plugin and legal documents are in English.
    I read here that you have released the “translations-wp67” fix but it works for the free plugin.
    In complianz.io/support/ I read that you have released version 7.3.1 of the Complianz Privacy Suite (GDPR/CCPA) premium plugin, but I can’t find it anywhere.
    I have never had problems with complianz and I hope for a quick response from you and even the “Premium license key for priority support” didn’t help.

  • Same here. On all websites, the legal documents are only displayed in English. One site no longer runs at all and crashes. You can’t create a ticket with Complianz. … o_o Are these thirsty premonitions?

    mi hanno risposto con una giusta soluzione nel forum di complianz.io . Per chi usa Complianz Privacy Suite (GDPR/CCPA) premium vs. 7.3.0 può risolvere il problema scaricando e installando la nuova versione del plugin versione 7.3.1. da questo link:?https://filetransfer.io/data-package/M3Ze8i3H#link Buon fortuna

    Same problem here. The FR language is not working and showing English. Any update?

    This is the error I’m seeing:

    it works but the question now is, why do you download from third party sources and not from the official WordPress sites?

    Ho lo stesso problema. WordPress 7.6.1 sito in italiano e documenti in inglese.
    Su Account/Profilo non si trova dove scaricare la 7.3.1. Il supporto è assente.

    i have the premium multisite version. this also has the bug. there seems to be no update here either. There is not even a confirmation for submitted tickets. I think Complianz is dead.

    What is going on with this plugin? I tough it is only on my side, they ignore all tickets even when you pay.

    The actual translation issue is solved, but the notice remains until a refactor is done.
