Language support

OK guys. Hoping someone can help me.

I see the language folder within my CALPRESS plugin directory. I can see many language support files (*.mo) including the one I would like to use. Problem is…..I can’t figure out how to force the usage of a different language file.

I suspect there might be a simple answer. I just can’t figure it out
