Language Support Groups

I shall admit, I didn’t search thoroughly about it in the forums, but shouldn’t there be some sections of support for WP in other languages?

What about those who wish to make bi- or multi- language websites? What about those who may face some problems regarding their language and would like to seek / find support from helpful moderators or experienced users who faced similar problems once?
