language switcher button is not showing

Hi, Thank you so much for such a great plugin. i have one problem. i have installed this plugin on two domains . on 1st domain plugin works perfectly. but on second domain . language switcher buttons are not displaying on back end. i have same theme and same plugin on both domains.
