Language switcher in header row is misplaced in next line

I have a problem with the alignment of the Language Switcher block in the header. Althought the Language Header is in the same row that the Logo Site and the navigarion block always is misplaced in under the logo in the front end but it looks correctly in the same row in the Editor.

How can I correct this?
