language switcher is unstable

  • My problem is language switcher is unstable. It keeps reverting to the front end language – Now this is alright at the moment because happily I speak the front end languages (French and Greek) as well as the admin language, which I want to be English, so I can put it back. BUT I have commissioned a Russian version of the website which I do not speak AT ALL – not even the alphabet. If that switches to the front end language, I can’t see myself being able to navigate the Russian menus to fix this. WordPress menus are in alphabetical order of the working language, so I’ll be groping around in the dark. Has no one else had this problem?
