language switcher not appearing on the webiste

    Hello, I am trying to add the language switcher to the website however it just doe snot appear. If I go with the mouse over the place where it should be I can click on a link, however it I can not see the switcher. When I go to the weglot menu I also can not edit how the switcher will look like. When I am trying to edit the switcher from the weglot platform and place it somewhere else I also get an error. Someone form support WP tried to add the switcher to a test website with the same theme and it is working. Can you please help?

    hope you’re fine ? sorry for the issue you’re facing. If you switch to another theme to make a test, the switcher appears ? May you can reach the issue to our support ([email protected]) and mention me “edson”. I’ll post the answer here cause it can help other user but I need to access to your website and you can’t share access here ;).

    Hello Edson, I am already in touch with the support team, I tried changing the theme, I tried removing all the other plug ins and the issue still persists. Could you discuss with Kevin, the support person that is already handling the case? I already gave him access to the website.

    Can it be connected to the fact that weglot plug in was not yet tested on the version of wordpress I have?(6.4.1.)?

    Hi @krunchas,

    seems it’s due to an issue about how we place the switcher in dom. It’s fix now.
