Language Switcher not showing properly

Hi. I’m having an issue using qtranslate in one website.

On desktop version it works good, but when I try on small devices the language switcher is not showing the flags it shows the html code of the flags.

– img src=”https://www.invidatexas.com/wp-content/plugins/qtranslate-x/flags/es.png” alt=”Espa?ol” />Espa?ol

Does any one get same error or know how to solve it?
