Language switching in menu items is not working

Hello, thank you for supporting qTranslate functionality in your new plugin for the entire year.
Looks like language switching using menu links is not working again. I found in this forum that issue was fixed in version 2.7, but in current version Version 2.9.1.2 I still get a problem.
I have a site with links to 3 languages: https://[site-url]/ru/, https://[site-url]/en/, https://[site-url]/et/. Links are done as menu items (flag images). When I open my page initially – links look good, but as soon as I click any language all those 3 links become broken. For example: clicking to “Russian” flag links are changed to https://[site-url]/ru/ru/, https://[site-url]/ru/en/, https://[site-url]/ru/et/. Do you know to avoid this “duplication”?…
