If you want the abandoned cart reminder email should be sent to the user in the language in which the user has abandoned the cart then I would like to inform you that it is not possible with the lite version of our Abandoned Cart plugin. However, it is possible to achieve with our Abandoned Cart Pro for WooCommerce plugin which is compatible with the WPML and Polylang plugin.

You can translate the strings and email templates of our plugin using any of these translation plugins. Once the abandoned cart email templates have been translated in WPML or Polylang plugin, then the reminder emails will be sent to the users in the same language in which they have abandoned the cart.
However, you can translate the strings of our lite plugin to another language using the .po and .mo files we provide in our plugin.

You can generate “.po” and “.mo” files to another language which will include the translated strings of the text of abandoned cart reminder email using PoEdit tool. And the same files you would need to add in the “woocommerce-abandoned-cart/i18n/languages” folder of your website.

Below are the instructions which you can follow to translate our plugin strings into your localized language. So that will display the email template in your site language.
1) Download the woocommerce-abandoned-cart.po file, translate the strings in some translator(example poedit tool).
2) Save the file with the required language code suffix(for example: fr_FR.po) which in turn will generate the .mo file(fr_FR). After saving, the .po and .mo files are ready to use.
3) Upload those files at “woocommerce-abandoned-cart/i18n/languages” folder of our plugin and also, in the “wp-content/languages” folder.
