Lannguage problem backend

Hi, I just installed the plugin.
The language of WP is Ru. The language setting of the user is En. Now I have Russian and English mixed in my profile. I wonder whether thats good for SEO … ?? and of course I cant read the settings.
Its the first plugin that ignores this little difference. Even a backend language plugin doesnt help.
