Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the plugin settings.

Could you please attach a copy of your site’s System Status report? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please paste it here in your reply or via a text-sharing service like https://gist.github.com/.

It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal/plugin related error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs. You can use the drop-down menu to search for the words “fatal” and “Google”. This will filter the list to the errors we want instead of checking each file. :?)

Thanks again for the fast reply.i believe the problem is that the plugin is connected to other google merchant account i did before and i deleted also.

Now i install again the plugin and i make a new gmc account but the plugin has the old settings.

The account i have now is not this. So i believe thats why i see the “always” loading icon appears and nothing more.

Thank you for sharing the logs!

To disconnect the previous account properly:

1. Go to https://e-schooling.gr/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page
2. Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
3. Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account
4. Under Jetpack, click Disconnect Jetpack

Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again. :?)
