Large .flv file

Hi. I have WordPress Blog that I run for a non-profit. They have a .flv (adobe flash video) file of approximately 530 MB that they would like to put on the site. Can anyone recommend how to do this? I know there are flv-related plugins, but I need something easy that will handle a large file. I was also wondering if it would be better to upload the file to Vimeo and then link to it that way, perhaps, if there isn’t an easy plugin solution. Thanks!
