Large icons not showing

Did this suddenly happen? Most likely another plugin (or a browser add-on) is causing a JavaScript error that’s messing with AddToAny and other site components.

Try another browser/device/connection to see if the issue is on your end. If it’s not on your end, try temporarily disabling other plugins and/or temporarily switching themes.

Hello. No it did not suddenly happen. The site is at https://www.mollywatson.me and was a clean install of WordPress 4. Clean install of themes and other plugins. Right from the start the large icons are not visible in the admin area, or on the live pages. See this screen grab:

However the small buttons are visible in the admin area and on the live site:

I have tried turning off all other plugins and change the theme to standard twenty thirteen one and the issue still persists.

I run an almost identical site https://www.basement-studios.tv where everything is fine, same theme and additional plugins, the only difference is the version of WordPress is 3.9.2 and AddToAny plugin is 1.3.5. I did try to install 1.3.5 on the mollywatson.me site but that did not work.

Do you think it could be a WordPress 4 issue? Or a permissions issue? I have quickly glanced at the plugin folder permissions and nothing seems obviously ‘wrong’.

The large icons are actually displaying on both mollywatson.me and basement-studios.tv.

Have you tried another browser/device/connection?

For instance, you might have an ad-filter/social-filter add-on enabled for one site and not the other, and some ad blockers can be set to block major social buttons.

Just to note: The small icons are packaged in with the plugin as ordinary images, so they happen to be more resistant to blockers/filters and such.

Doh! I am a fool – not only did I have a blocker switched on for that site but I also had memory issues with my server. Both now sorted. And the large icons are back. Thanks for your patience and for pointing me in the right direction – appreciated!

Large icons not showing up on https://www.printech.com/check-printing-software/ Just tried to switch to small as suggested on the thread and they show up. However not in all browsers. Firefox shows small ones, Chrome and IE- nothing… What seems to be the problem?

icons aren’t showing up at work pc but they show on personal laptop.
