Large number of orders to renumerate

    Hi,

    I have ~42,400 orders that I need to remunerate, however the server is throwing a 500 error before it can finish. Is there any workaround that I can use?

    Regarding the issue, can you please inform us whether you were trying to Renumerate the Order Numbers which caused the issue?

    Yes, I was trying to renumerate all of the existing order numbers to start at 100000. After 30-60 seconds the server returned a 500 error.

    After that, it was impossible to upload images, receiving the error “Could not insert post into the database”. Restoring the database to a version prior to the renumeration resolved this issue.

    Sorry if I was unclear. Restoring the database removed the error preventing me from adding posts to the database. It does not resolve the question of why I was unable to renumerate orders without receiving a 503 error.
