    Hi, has something recently changed with your CleanTalk Anti-Spam plugin? As we have suddenly started to receive a LARGE number of spam WooCommerce orders, as well as more than usual number of spam contact form submissions. Updating the plugin has seemed to help a little, but not completely. Our service ID is #1062983. We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you, Luke

    About orders. Do I understand correctly that you only deliver orders within 1 country? I have changed the filtering rules in our cloud for your site so that orders from IP addresses of other countries have a higher probability to be blocked. Is this ok for you?

    If yes, you can add other countries to blacklists so that forms cannot be filled from their IP addresses on your site. This guide will help you: https://cleantalk.org/help/i-want-to-block-ip.

    About the contact form. Please mark records in your Anti-Spam Logs where our service made wrong decision. The guide is here: https://cleantalk.org/help/feedback-spam.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Yes, we currently only accept online purchases within Australia.

    However, we do accept and receive many product and enquiry form submissions from all over the world, which we want to retain.

    Can you please confirm your change will not impact these International enquiries, and only non-Australian purchases?

    Thank you for the private ticket link (when I clicked on support from the logged in private dashboard it took me to this support forum, and I couldn’t for the life of me find the private one – but I can see it now – it’s not the big CTA button, but the smaller text link under this ?? ).
