• Hello Emre,

I have to say your support is awesome and I am really impressed by the speed in which you respond and the way in which you are assisting people.

Bravo Sir – you are a credit to WordPress and your fellow wordpress devs creating plugins to help lots of people around the world.

In respect of the WP Fastest Cache purging the whole cache at a user defined interval and no option ( please correct me if I am wrong ) to have the plugin cache a specific post when the published date changes – has this feature been implemented or is this on the to do list.

The reason I ask is that I have a site with other 2 million pages / tags etc and pages are updated periodically but to have the complete cache of the site purged on editing / saving and changing the published date on a 3 or 5 post basis a day will be very inefficient and would probably make me cry in seeing all those lovely cache files that have been building up cleared out and deleted just for the sake of a few files ??

I have an idea and not sure if this is implemented or whether its something that can be implemented as a workaround ?!?

If the publish date changes, can the plugin be set to have the logic, in that if a user does not commit a time range in terms of the plugin purging the cache, ie the user does not select an option to delete the cache in 5 ins, 1 hour, 1 week, 1 month etc then the plugin will sense that if a post / tags publish date changes, then it should cache that post and place it at the top of list of pages to cache so at some point when all the pages / tags etc are cached, the plugin will then just be caching the newest pages where the publish date is being amended by way of editing / saving the post / page, with the defining parameter being the published date

I hope I have explained this correctly and you will probably roll your eyes if this has already been implemented but as its the first time, I have seen my pages cached in two years I want to be careful in anything i do as I dont was to delete it unnecessarily.

Many Thanks and apologies if the plugin already does this once the cache is built !
