Larger preview in media box image selection

  • The preview column of images for choosing a thumbnail or post image show images of the size 40x32px. Is there a way of making those images larger so it is easier to see what’s in the picture when selecting an image?
    I have tracked the css file to wp-admin.css and the class .media-item .pinkynail.
    I changed it to 150x150px but the images are still the same size as before.
