Largest Image Size in Twenty-Sixteen+ themes

Which theme of the twenty-eleven, twenty-twelve,twenty-thirteen etc themes has the largest image size for posts? Not headers. Images within blog posts. I thought there was variation among these theme options, but now I’m wondering if they are all max 600px width.

Thanks! I’ve looked at those. They share the width of the column, not the width of the image. *So I’m hoping for an answer from someone who knows the image pixel width of the span of “Twenty-” themes.*
Twenty fifteen is still 600px. Just like Twenty eleven.
