Large/Thumbnail Image Patch

Hi yurifari,

I made a patch to first grab the “large” (1600px wide) images from blogger and then to fall-back on other image sizes and let WordPress generate the image sizes it wants.

It could probably use some optimization, but it could possibly be included in the mainline code if this is desirable behavior for most. I found it created far less duplicate image imports.
