Last 2 step are not displaying in my website

Thank you for your response. My issue is resolved without new update i made adjustment in the js file to make it working . And sure i will test the plugin in future with latest updates

I’m having the same issue. Order summary and payment steps remain hidden no matter what I do.

Running WP 4.6.1 and plugin version 1.3.9.

It was working just fine before plugin update. Is there somewhere I can download the previous version that was working? Or are you still working on a fix?
