Last activity in contact list

    Hello,
    What does mean last activity in contact list?
    Many times it’s empty, however the user have read my email, i see it in his/her profile page under emails tab.
    Or activity means only clciking on links? Not opening or both?

    Another related question, what do you suggest to clean my lists? I wld order list by last activity, and delet those who hasnt been active for a year. But it is not the proper method because written above.

    The last activity shows the contacts based on login activities. It won’t show any email click or email open activities as of now.

    You can filter based on last email opened or clicked from the contact activities, see this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/g12koW3uq2QX

    So, you can use these filters to clean your list.
