    I have made four column in the footer, the test in first three coloumns are showing fine, but the third column tests are comes vertically when i save. (in view mode its horizontall)

    Is it possible to form subscription column (with code generated by mail-chimp) in the footer by using header and footer plugin.

    This is probably because of the module/plugin that is used to create the last column text. You can give me the link to your page where this is happening so that I can point to the main problem.

    Yes, With this header footer plugin you can create any layout that is supported by elementor and then apply that layout as the header/footer for your theme.
