• Hi,

I’m using Polylang for a multilingual website.

In Customizer I have defined a button as the last item in menu. Unfortunately I can’t find the button text in the list of the strings to translate in Polylang.

How can I have a different button text for each language?

    Thanks

  • Hello @nicoter,

You can export the current translation file in the .mo format and use it on your website by uploading it to the languages folder using FTP / SFTP with the correct naming convention.

Please refer to this document – https://wpastra.com/docs/manually-upload-translations/

I hope that helps. Let me know how it goes.

    Hi,

Unfortunately that’s not a very feasible solution.

Can you add Polylang support to text strings which are defined in the customizer?
That would be great as Polylang is one fo the most popular multilingual plugins on www.ads-software.com

    Thanks

    Hello @nicoter

Thanks for the suggestion and sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

We have the same already forwarded to the developers, if possible we shall provide the support for the same in our future updates.

    Regards,
    Suman
