Last login column blank

Hello,

I am not seeing any data on the user page for last login. All data is blank in the last login column.

I have disabled and enabled the option to show last login on the user screen. I have deactivated and reactivated the plugin itself. Neither have changed the fact that there is no data in the users table.

I am not sure what else to try. Help?
