    Hello,

Although I included the “Last Login” tag in the Default Profile UM page, this “Last Login” tag is not showing at all (not even the label) on the User profile page (reached after clicking on WP > Users > All Users > View Profile).

    Regards,

    Martin

    Hello @legalmartin

Have set the form to be role-specific? It would be easier if you could share a screenshot of the default profile form.

And please make sure you are using the default profile form on the profile page as UM allows you to create multiple profile forms and lets you use any form you like for the user profile.

    Thanks

    Hello,

I am using the Default Profile and Default Registration pages

The email address, the last login and the username are not showing on the Profile page despite being on View Everywhere mode.

This message box does not allow me to attach screenshots.

    Regards,

    Martin

Can you please check the screenshot in the link https://prnt.sc/1iqt6xg . Can you please tell me if you have made any changes to the section in the red box in the screenshot?

If you wish to share a screenshot, you can install additional software similar to lightShot and just share a link without uploading file in the message box.

    Hello @legalmartin

Based on the video you shared, you were looking at the profile page on edit mode and these fields are not available on edit mode. Username, email can not be edited by the user and the last login is automatically generated based on when the user logs in.

Can you please see if those fields are visible in the profile view mode.

    Hello,

    What/where is the “view mode”?

For the record, I am viewing the John Doe profile as Admin (WP > Users > All Users > View Profile) and do not wish anybody else to view it.

    Regards,

    Martin

Just in case someone comes to this thread in the future, you will need to enable “About” profile tab for form data to be displayed on the profile page.

    Thanks

@aswingiri I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#the-bad-stuff

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us escalating this to the plugins team.

It’s never necessary to do that. Here’s why.

There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.

    You get the idea.

Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.

@legalmartin Please don’t offer to send or post logon credentials on these forums:

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines#the-bad-stuff

You can contact the author on their own site and, once there, the discussion is between the two of you. However, it is not OK to enter or send site credentials on these forums. We don’t want to encourage others (who are less reputable) to do similar things. It’s a fine line, but one that we need to enforce. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Hi there,

It did, except for the Last Login which is only visible on the Administror’s profile page and not on other users’ profile page.

    Hi @legalmartin

I just added the Last Login field to the default Profile form and it shows in the view( not in the edit mode ). Please take note that the Last Login field is for viewing only. When you log out and then log in with a subscriber account, it should update the Last Login value of a user.
