Last month, next month links

  • Is it possible, rather than having a sidebar with the links listed in a bulleted list, to have links under each post. I have set my blog up, with just one post per page, as I will be using it as a monthly post. Rather than having all the monthly archives listed at the side, I would like to have a <<last month | next month>> link at the bottom of the post.
    How do I do this? Can anyone please help?

  • A link would be helpful…
    1. Sidebar. You can always delete or comment out the archives template tag from the sidebar.
    2. If you set the # of posts to 1 do you have now the next page-previous page link at the bottom? If you change that text to “month” you’ll have what you wanted ??

    I don’t get the next page previous page link down the bottom of the post.
    So I’m still a little stuck, but thankyou for your help.

    tina if you provide a link for your site the users here would be in a better position to help as they can view yoru code and make suggestions etc

    Thankyou for your help everyone, I found out how to do it from the new codex. It gave me the answer and it’s all working now.

    i wish when we solved problems we’d finish off by linking to where we found the solution, or return and post the solution in these threads.
