Last placed post directly on the homepage

    I really like your theme, but I have two thinks I like to change but I don’t know how.
    At first I want to show my last places post directly shown on my homepage. Now you have to click on a block. Is there a way I can change that.

    As second I would like to change the picture at the top of the website. The tiny picture you see next to the name. This is now a green T.
