    Hi! We have purchased the plugin and one of the add-ons, which we downloaded and installed successfully, but we never received a confirmation email nor did we receive any email to create an account in order to download the receipt/invoice. We tried resetting the password but again we didn’t receive any reset password email. I’ve contacted you through your form on your site, but once again, no reply from your end. I thought maybe our corporate email was having issues, so I recontacted you using my personal email, but third time was not a charm, still no reply from your side. So this is my last resort… Can you please check your systems and reply to us?

    Hello. Sorry, but email can be unreliable. This is why I provide a support ticket system specifically for premium products. Please utilize it, as the rules here prevent me from supporting the paid plugins …

    We tried to open a ticket, but you need to either login or create an account. We can’t do either as in both cases we never receive your automated emails (e.g. reset password, confirmation email of new account). That’s a loop… We just need to download the invoice…
