    Hello. I am getting this Notification from 2 to 3 Dyas on my Dashboard. The last rules update for the Wordfence Web Application Firewall was unsuccessful. The last successful update check was March 9, 2019, 10:56 am, so this site may be missing new rules added since then. You may wait for the next automatic attempt at March 23, 2019, 10:56 am or try to Manually Update by clicking the “Manually Refresh Rules” button below the Rules list. Help me please.

    2nd thing is that from the last 2 Months. Wordfence is Blocking a lot of Users from USA. A lot of USA IPs are blocked by Wordfence

    Hi @saimrasheed,

    Some of our users are reporting that their rules are not updating when they click on Manually Refresh Rules. Can you check the timestamp on the file /wp-content/wflogs/rules.php to see if it has been updated or not?

    If it has been updated recently, you can safely dismiss that notification. If that notification does not dismiss, you will need to deactivate/reactivate Wordfence.

    For the second thing: Can you go into Wordfence -> All Options, and disable Participate in the Real-Time Wordfence Security Network?

    Also take a look within Wordfence -> Tools -> Live Traffic, to see why the users from USA are being blocked.

    Dear Sir, how I will verify under that rules.php file that it is updated or not? and also I have deactivated and then activated the plugin. but still, notification is coming. can u plz help

    You have to look at the time of the file /wp-content/wflogs/rules.php in the column Last modified in your FTP

    It is updated and time is march 16 2019 at 3:56PM (Pakistan Time)

    can u plz look at thois issue or if i can share my wp access on your personal email to check the issues. because large amount of international traffic mostly from US is bloicked

    and the oher thing is that i cant see live traffic going on in wordfence. the live traffic option is only showing blocked users.
