    Hello,

    The latest update (5.8.3) broke the order status-updates in WooCommerce. The payments were still going through and were received in Mollie but Mollie doesn’t seem to report back to the WooCommerce backend that the payment has been received. So because of this the orders were stuck on ‘waiting for payment’-status and order-confirmation mails weren’t sent.

    I’ve got the debug logs but I’d rather mail those instead of posting them for the public to see since they contain some private information.

    One of the points listed in the update is: “Fix – Breaks Urls of translations plugins”
    I suspect this might be the cause. We use PolyLang to translate our site if that’s of any help.

    For now I’ve rolled back the plugin to 5.8.2 and the order-status is updating again and mails are also being sent.

    Unfortunately the issue is still there in the latest version of Mollie. What’s the status of MOLL-46?

    The last update on the ticket was on 07.10.20 12:46 with the message: “Your request status has changed to In Progress.”

    (FYI; I’m the ticket creator.)

    My apologies for the delayed response.
    We did not manage to include a solution for this in our latest release because we are still doing internal tests and are investigating this issue. But I hope to be able to provide more information sometime next week. When working on plugin compatibility, we have to be very careful to provide a solution that does not break any other plugins or through an update.
    As soon as I have more information, I will update your tickets and this thread.

    I’m also facing this problem using Polylang
    WP : 5.5.3
    Woo : 4.6.1
    Mollie : 5.11.0
    Polylang PRO : 2.8.4
    Polylang woo : 1.5

    We are still working on this issue.
    Our next update is scheduled for early next month and we hope to be able to finally include a fix with that release. But since it is still a work in progress, I am not in a position to make any promises or commitments.
    As soon as I can see a solution within reach, I will definitely let you know.

    Just to keep everyone up-to-date here, the PolyLang update (1.5.1) did not fix the problem for me.

    If the update fixed it for other people here, please let me know! ??
    (Then it might be another conflicting plug-in.)

    Thanks for checking.
    By now, we could verify on another site that the issue indeed seems to persist with the newest Polylang version.
    We will of course continue to work on this, sorry this is taking a while!
    Our next update will contain some major fixes and I hope that we can find a way to make this work as well.

    Hi @tonuz ,

    Our newest update 6.0 does not yet contain a fix for the issue with Polylang. We were able to resolve most of the issues in our current internal build, but a few problematic scenarios required more testing. So we postponed this fix for our next release in early january.
    If we have a working test version ready before our next release, then I will gladly share it as a preview if you are interested to give feedback.
    However, due to the holidays I can’t judge when this might be the case.
    I will update this thread and our internal support tickets as soon as we have more to share.

    Hi Niklas !

    I made the update and was really glad to see the fix in the changelog.
    Unfortunatly I still have lots of orders remaining to “cancelled” or “on-hold” status even if the Mollie Status is “paid”

    I will register some logs and send them to you
