    Hi vpbay,

I’m sorry for the fatal error. Please enable debug mode in the wp-config.php file and let me know the error message, you see.

I have tested the plugin and there is no fatal error, however it can be a conflict with other plugins or themes.

In order to “solve” the issue after you have the error message, you can disable the plugin by renaming the plugin’s folder on your server.

    Hi,

I got the same problem….The latest update broke my site

    ERROR
currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

I had to disable the plugin through FTP to regain access to dashboard

    Hi findahome,

I’m sorry, that you have the same issue. I only can help, if you provide me the detailed error log by enabling the debug mode in the wp-config.php file.

Internal 500 errors can be caused by a lot of things, this is not a helpful information.

I’m here to help, but I need more information.
