Since the last update something has changed with the ?JS Combine“ feature. Tracking tools line the new Google Analytics and Jetpack are showing wrong user stats (almost none at all). This could only be fixed by switching the js combine option to off. Please check what is causing this buggy behaviour. Thanks

    Hi,

no I have not tried excluding it as I wanted to check for a possible fix first. This issue has just appeared recently so I am thinking this is just a problem due to the latest update.

    Report number: FZOAGNZC

    Thanks

    Hi,

yes, I can see these JS’ being manipulated

    please try add

    e-202142.js
    clickTrackerInit
    Analytics
    /wp-content/plugins/ga-germanized/assets/js/gaoptout.js?ver=1.5.5

into JS exclude and defer JS exclude list

I don’t recall if there was major change to the features in question in recent updates though

if you could make a backup and downgrade , then please grab the HTML source code on both version , let’s see if there is anything noticeable

    Hi,

thank you! I have now added everything as you said and reactivated the combine js option. Let’s see if the issue is solved by that.

In regards to downgrading, where and how should I get the HTML source code and where can I find the old version?

    Thanks again,
    Alex

    Hi,

you can right-click on your page , in the menu it will have something like “view source code”

for previous version , please go to https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/litespeed-cache/advanced/ , at bottom , there is a list you can choose the version to download

    Best regards,
