@amandabandb and @limpiezayproductos what version of PHP are you currently using? What version of WordPress and Woocommerce are you currently using? Was there any feedback worth looking at other than ‘crashed the site’?
We’re not able to reproduce what you’re describing, and of course that’s not the desired outcome of our plugin releases. If you could provide a little context on your host, the versions etc, we’ll be more than happy to assist you getting things set up correctly.
We need a little more information like from an error log or what you saw on the screen etc to be able to effectively answer the problem.
