• Today I updated to version 3.2.4, and I can’t access my plugins page anymore. Everytime I try to access

    wp-admin/plugins.php

    I get redirected to wp-admin/index.php?page=simple-calendar_about&simcal_install=update

    Hi there,

In regards to your query here, this is likely a cache issue. Please cary out the following:

    – Clear your site cache
    – Log out of your site
    – Clear your browser cache

Once the above is done, try logging into your site and access you plugins page. You can also try accessing the plugins page in another browser that you have not previously used.

Let us know how it goes.

    Kind Regards

    Thanks for the quick reply.

I cleared all caches – logged out – clear browser cache but still have a redirect using Firefox. In Chrome it works fine, though.

    Hi there,

I have carried out tests on this and I still do not seem to replicate such an issue in Firefox. Could you perhaps test this in “private browsing mode” within your Firefox browser and ensure that you disable all extensions first.

Let us know how it goes.

    Kind Regards,

    John

    Hi there,

    I hope you are fine.

In this case, I’m just following up in regards to the plugins page access issue here. Did you manage to have this resolved from your end or are you still encountering the issue? We would be glad to assist just in case the issue is still present.

I look forward to your reply.

    Kind Regards,

    John
