Last update has destroyed all the work of weeks

No, it doesn’t helps at all.
It just change the Size but the images still being cut off.

I’m guessing you have it set to hard crop?

You have it set to “hard crop” single product images at 600 by 600px. So if the image isn’t a square, then it’ll be cut to be exactly 600 by 600. Uncheck the checkboxes next to the image sizes.
